TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Cristine Travel & Tours. These Terms & Conditions outline important information regarding your bookings, responsibilities, policies, and our service limitations. By booking with Cristine Travel & Tours, you agree to the following:
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Cristine Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance providers, and transportation companies.
1.2 All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective service providers.
1.3 Cristine Travel & Tours is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service failures of suppliers.
2. BOOKINGS & DOCUMENTATION
2.1 Clients must ensure all information provided during booking — including legal names, dates of birth, passport details, and travel preferences — is accurate.
2.2 Any errors caused by incorrect client information may result in additional fees or denied boarding, for which Cristine Travel & Tours is not liable.
2.3 Clients are responsible for verifying that their travel documents (passport, visa, ID, entry permits) are valid for all destinations.
3. PAYMENTS & FEES
3.1 All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until full payment is made.
3.2 Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
3.3 Late payments may result in automatic cancellation by the supplier; reinstatement is not guaranteed.
3.4 Cristine Travel & Tours reserves the right to charge service fees for consultations, processing, cancellations, and modifications.
4. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
4.1 Cancellation and change policies are determined by the supplier, not Cristine Travel & Tours.
4.2 Some bookings are 100% non-refundable or non-changeable.
4.3 Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 8–12 weeks depending on the supplier’s processing time.
4.4 Cristine Travel & Tours service fees are non-refundable.
4.5 Changes requested after ticketing may incur additional airline or supplier penalties.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 Cristine Travel & Tours strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, or interruptions.
5.2 Declining travel insurance means you assume full financial responsibility for any losses.
6. PASSPORT, VISA & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
6.1 Clients are responsible for reviewing and meeting all passport, visa, and immigration requirements for their trip.
6.2 Many destinations require passports to be valid for a minimum of six (6) months beyond the travel date.
6.3 Cristine Travel & Tours is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
7. HEALTH, SAFETY & TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements, including vaccinations and medical clearances.
7.2 It is the traveler’s duty to research and understand travel advisories, safety warnings, and health risks for their destination.
7.3 Cristine Travel & Tours is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses during travel.
8. FLIGHT TERMS
8.1 Airline schedules, seat availability, aircraft changes, and delays are controlled solely by the airline.
8.2 Travelers must check in within airline-recommended times and comply with baggage rules.
8.3 Missed flights due to late arrival, document issues, or personal circumstances are the traveler’s responsibility.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Cristine Travel & Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* natural disasters
* political unrest
* pandemics
* airline strikes
* government policies
* weather disruptions
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Cristine Travel & Tours is not responsible for:
* supplier errors or service failures
* lost or stolen items
* personal misunderstandings or miscommunications
* acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances
10.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid to Cristine Travel & Tours for our service fees.
11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
* provide accurate information
* review all itineraries and confirmations upon receipt
* comply with supplier rules
* make timely payments
* ensure they have valid travel documents
* monitor flight schedules and updates
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
Cristine Travel & Tours may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will apply to all bookings.
