Payment Agreement Terms and Conditions:
I acknowledge that my payment (stated below) for the purchase of travel tickets may be subject to an additional service fee assessed for the cancellation of said travel tickets. I acknowledge that I am subject to the cancellation/change policies of third-party suppliers, hotels, airlines, and all other entities involved in this reservation. I have reviewed the itinerary presented to me. The names and dates of births that I have submitted are referenced thereon true and correct in my current travel documents. I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for all applicable visas, permits, vaccinations, and any other documents required to travel to the destinations as per the laws, regulations, and orders of said countries visited. I further acknowledge that Cristine Travel & Tours is not responsible in any way for any changes in flight or other travel plans, acts of God, inclement weather, riots, wars, or terrorist acts that may alter your travel plans. In any action at law or in equity to enforce any of the provisions herein or claim against the parties hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the unsuccessful party all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys fees incurred by the prevailing party. For the purchase of reservation or dummy tickets, we are not liable for any offload of any passenger due to the immigration policy in the Philippines they required.
I hereby authorize Cristine Travel & Tours or any other vendors, consolidators, or tour operators to charge my credit card account for the amount listed below. I understand that this transaction may be non-refundable and subject to additional fees for any changes. By signing below, I acknowledge full receipt of a fully executed duplicate of this document, agree to the charges described, and assume full responsibility for payments thereof. I have reviewed and confirmed that all the information regarding itinerary, flight, hotel, and travel information is correct and true. Please note that Cristine Travel & Tours cannot be held responsible for any issues or dissatisfaction experienced by customers. Additionally, Cristine Travel & Tours cannot be held liable for situations that are beyond their control, such as issues with hotels, rentals, airlines, cruises, and other related services. Upon purchasing my travel package, I understand that Cristine Travel & Tours will create a unique account and may send me email, text, and other types of notifications for payment deadlines, trip reminders, and/or promotions. I acknowledge that I can always unsubscribe and opt out of these communications online or by contacting Cristine Travel & Tours. If customers wish to change their flight numbers or times, it is their responsibility to contact the airline directly. Cristine Travel & Tours is not responsible for changing flight numbers or flight times. The customer is responsible for contacting the airline 24 hours before departure to confirm their flight number and flight times. Cristine Travel & Tours is not responsible for custom seat assignments. Please contact the airline for any custom seat assignment requests. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Cristine Travel & Tours and make all remaining balance payments by the balance due date to ensure the confirmation of their travel plans. Please be reminded that if the remaining balance payment is not settled on or before the balance due date indicated below, your reservation may be canceled without the possibility of a refund.
